About Shokoji Nursery School Urawa

Our nursery school has a childcare policy of "gentle faces and kind words," and while we provide an environment where children can live their daily lives peacefully, our caregivers pay close attention to each child and shower love on them, building relationships of trust so that the children's emotions can be stable and they can develop rich sensibilities. We engage in childcare with gentle smiles and kind words, and share the responsibility of raising the children together with the parents, watching over their growth.
Features of our nursery
At home
Because the age range of the caregivers is wide, the caregivers and parents are like family, and the nursery school has a fun atmosphere where they can discuss various things with each other and the parents, and there are always smiles on their faces. When the caregivers enjoy their work, they grow up to be rich in spirit along with the children.
Improved physical function
We often hear that children today have a noticeable decline in motor function and a weak core. Therefore, we incorporate rhythmic exercises with various movements to loosen up the body before the main activities every day and to improve various functions and strengthen the core in a fun way. At first, the children just watch, but as they repeat the movements, they become interested in the rhythmic movements and imitate the caregivers, starting their day with lots of smiles and energy. We also hold English eurhythmics classes twice a month.
Feel and enjoy the seasons
We enjoy seasonal songs, making crafts and decorating rooms, and enjoying the atmosphere of the season. We also use panel theater and paper puppet shows to explain the origins of various events in an easy-to-understand way for children, and provide a childcare environment where they can feel and enjoy the seasons.
