We welcome children every day in our bright entrance. The rooms are warm spaces where you can feel the warmth of wood, and we value an atmosphere where children can feel safe and relaxed.
Intergenerational Exchange
In cooperation with a day service center called "Miyoka" in the building next to Itabashi Station Park, we provide opportunities for children to interact with local elderly people twice a month. Every time we visit, the children are welcomed by the day service staff and have a great time singing songs, playing ball games together, and holding hands with the children. The children are looking forward to the monthly exchange day and wondering when the next one will be.
Childcare that puts children at the center of attention, a space where they can concentrate and play
At Itabashi Ekimae Kindergarten, all toys are placed within reach of children so that they can play independently. In addition, at Itabashi Ekimae Kindergarten, similar activities are divided into different corners, ensuring that children can play and creating a space where children who play the same activities can easily share their activities. In this way, we aim to create a space where children can spend time together in harmony, rather than clashing with each other.
Improved physical function
We often hear that children today have a noticeable decline in motor function and a weak core. In fact, we see children who fall over for no reason and children who cannot maintain a proper posture even when sitting in a chair. Therefore, we have a daily routine of "Animal Exercises," and we are working to improve various body functions and strengthen the core through various exercises in a fun way.
