Our nursery school has a childcare policy of "gentle smiles and kind words," and we take advantage of our small class size to create an environment where children can live peaceful daily lives. We also provide childcare with a gentle smile and kind words (gentle speech) so that children can develop emotional stability and rich sensibilities.
Features of our nursery
School lunch
At our nursery, we use a "repeated menu" to help children get used to the taste and eat more. Also, since 70% of food allergies in infants and young children are said to be caused by eggs, wheat, and milk, we provide a menu that does not use these three major allergens. The photo shows one of the event menus that children like!
English Activities & Eurhythmics
There are English activities taught by foreign teachers twice a week, and children enjoy learning English using seasonal songs and cards. After the activities, children also participate in daycare activities such as walks, allowing them to naturally come into contact with English.
Additionally, once a month, a Japanese instructor who grew up abroad and graduated from an American university conducts English music and movement classes tailored to the children's needs and the season. The children love English class and participate in the activities with great interest.
Intergenerational and local exchange
We visit nearby supermarkets, day care centers, etc. and interact with the children throughout the year.
Through food education activities, the children have the opportunity to experience shopping at a supermarket, and they can then display works of art they make using the vegetables they purchase in the store, sharing their kindergarten activities with the local community.
When visiting day care centers, the children give gifts of crafts and handmade toys that they have made, and they spend a fun time singing seasonal songs and hand games together with the elderly.
