[Shokoji Nursery School] We went to the Gentle Memories Exhibition!

I went to the exhibition of Kiiro Nui, who made her debut with watercolors and illustrations!

[Kiiro Nui]'s grandson attended Shokoji Nursery School until last year, and since then she has been telling us that she wants to become a picture book author, and this time she held an exhibition at Gallery Cafe Camelish.

Just a 10 minute walk from Roppongi Station, we discovered the cute gallery and cafe "CAMELISH."

Since the shop only accepts one order at a time, I ordered a dessert set and then took my time to enjoy the paintings.

According to Kiiro Nui, all of the food at CAMELISH is delicious🍽️

There are lots of camel-themed items in the CAMELISH store 🐪 There are even camel-themed headgear! (Some people were wearing them and taking photos, enjoying their lunch ♪) The milk bowl that came with the Assam tea I ordered this time was also in the shape of a camel, which was really cute 🩷

Around 20 works were on display, including paintings made with acrylic gouache, a water-based paint, and digitally drawn works.

Yellow Nui's worldview of humans and animals living on the same level is adorable and made me feel warm and calm.

While he was there, he was working energetically on new pieces. He said he was holding this exhibition with a friend from high school, and I thought the strength of their bond was wonderful.

In addition, the paintings on display were available for sale, as were postcards and badges.

The exhibition will run until Monday, August 4th.

Please come and experience this gentle art🎨🖌️
