正光寺保育園赤羽岩淵園のHPをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
私たちの園は鎌倉時代から続く正光寺の山門正面にある保育園で1歳～5歳児を対象とした企業主導型保育園です。
保育の基本は「あなたはどうしたい？」が聞かれること。子どもは権利の主体であり、一人ひとりが「人」として尊重されるということです。
そして子ども主体とは「私(子ども)が私(子ども)であること」
主体性は積極性や自主性と捉えられがちですが、その子らしさを見るという事だと思います。
『手が出てしまう子の主体性』『泣いてしまう子の主体性』『無口な子の主体性』・・・
これらをきちんと受け止められるという事が保育の一番の根幹です。
さらに私達正光寺保育園では「和顔愛語～柔和な表情と優しい言葉づかい～」の保育方針のもと、【和顔愛語の保育】いわゆる「いのちを尊ぶ心」「思いやりの心」「感謝する姿勢」を大切にしています。
言葉だけで伝えるのではなく、子どもたちが日々の生活の中で体験し、感じ取り、自分のものとしていけるような保育を目指しています。
ご挨拶をすること、お話を最後まで聞くこと、相手の気持ちを想像すること。
こうした行動は一朝一夕で身につくものではありませんので、毎日の積み重ねによって、少しずつ子どもたちの心に根づいていくよう大切に保育をさせて頂きます。

Community Activities
We hold events such as bubble shows, water play, Obon festivals, and sports days that can be enjoyed not only by the children but also by the local community.
Experience the four seasons of Japan
In Japan, there are spring, summer, autumn and winter, and each season has its own charm. In order to cherish these seasons from infancy, we hold traditional Japanese events in our daycare center, and also have activities that allow children to feel the seasons through daily crafts.
Eurhythmic Work
In the infant class, we incorporate eurhythmics into daily activities so that children can feel the music with their whole body by singing and dancing along with the piano and enjoy the joy of moving their bodies to the rhythm. In the toddler class, we do simple exercises in a fun way in preparation for starting elementary school.
