This time we asked the popular Udon Dining Uzumaki restaurant, located just a one-minute walk from the east exit of Akabane Station.

This Sanuki udon specialty restaurant boasts its "homemade noodles x broth," and has a reputation through word of mouth for its "chewy, firm noodles" and "deeply flavorful broth." The staff each ordered the specialty "Spiral Udon," "Kashiwa Ten Udon," and "Tendon."

The chewy homemade noodles were extremely satisfying to chew and smooth, making them perfect for hot days when your appetite tends to be low.

The combination of juicy and crispy chicken tempura and fragrant broth was particularly popular. Refreshing yet satisfying, all the dishes were well received.

"It's delicious!" was heard naturally from all around, and the meal was filled with smiles.
