This is Shokoji Nursery School Kita-Urawa Branch.
The staff meeting was held on April 29th.
Employees from within the organization gathered at Shokoji Temple in Akabane.
All staff members listened to the representative's passionate thoughts on how to make Shokoji Nursery School even better and shared this with them.
A ceremony was also held to award long-service awards.
Four staff members at Kitauraen received the award.
Staff members who did not attend the meeting were awarded at a later date at the facility.
I am very proud that we have four staff members who have supported Kitaurawa Nursery for such a long time.
Awards were also presented to employees who had been transferred within the organization in recognition of their challenging spirit.
He has already become one of the people supporting Kitauraen.
The theme of this year's meeting is "Exchange."
A barbecue was held in the afternoon.
It was a fruitful day as we were able to interact with staff from Kita-Urawa Nursery and the corporation.
