At Shokoji Temple, we ask that you provide "rice offerings" for memorial services. Any edible decorations are donated to the Kita Ward Social Welfare Council of Tokyo (Kitashakyo).
On April 10th, Arai and Kuwabara headed to Kita Social Welfare Council!
The two of them are carrying items to be donated to Kita Kyosha.

When we arrived at Kitakyosha, the staff warmly welcomed us.
Kitakyosha's official character, "Ai-chan", is named after the "Ai" in Kitakyosha's motto, "Support each other, help each other!"
Ai-chan seems to be active as a PR ambassador for Kitakyosha, so I will do my best to promote Shokoji Temple, not to be outdone by Ai-chan☻

At the end, we had a photo taken with the people from Kita Kyosha!
Community activities also provide a valuable opportunity to interact with people with whom you would not normally have contact.

What we can do is really only small things, but we hope that together with everyone we can contribute to making the world a little brighter.
This was my first time participating in a community activity, and I hope to continue to increase this involvement in the future, interact with many people, and help revitalize the community.
