Hello, this is Shokoji Nursery School in front of Itabashi Station.
This time, we will show you the pick-up training.

The other day, we held our first collection training of the year!
This year, we conducted training using the Disaster Message Dial for the first time, assuming a real earthquake had occurred.
Training begins with a scenario of a magnitude 6+ earthquake
At the director's call, we gathered with the children at the safety zone marks in each room, put on our disaster prevention hoods, and ensured our safety.

After that, in anticipation of a power outage, the lights in the rooms were turned off and emergency lights were placed in each room, and everyone waited under those lights. The teachers checked the number of children inside, and those who had difficulty evacuating on foot were carried on their backs, and they made preparations while keeping the children safe so they could evacuate at any time.
We recorded a message on the disaster message dial informing us of the earthquake and to inform the children that they would be picked up, and spent some time under the emergency lights. The children were in a different mood than usual, and asked in earnest, "Is it an earthquake?" and "The electricity has broken!"
When parents came to pick up their children, we asked them to show us the Kodomon screen to confirm that they were related to the children before handing them over. We also checked the magnitude of the earthquake and whether they had heard the Disaster Message Dial☎︎💬

Although this was just a drill, it was a valuable opportunity to see the flow of events assuming a real disaster occurs.
