The September meeting of the principals of Shokoji Nursery School was held. It was originally scheduled to be held a week before, but due to some conflicts, it was held on the 20th. Despite their busy schedules, the principals managed to make time to attend. Of course, there were some teachers who could not attend, but they immediately confirmed the decisions made at the meeting.
The thank you card app went live this month. We've already seen a lot of "thank yous" flying around. Some staff members have said things like, "I was surprised at how happy it was to receive a thank you note." We're sure that if we continue using this app, it will strengthen the unity of the organization. Some people still seem to be struggling with how to use it, but once they get it working, they're really filled with joy. We feel it's important to continue taking on the challenge.
All staff members have been issued with mobile phones. This is in conjunction with the launch of the thank you card app. We have just started using it, so there may be many problems. However, if used well, it will surely greatly improve our childcare environment. We want to use it appropriately, without forgetting the premise that it is for the sake of better childcare.
Many other topics were also discussed. Although it was only an hour, it was a very informative time. I felt that this was the culmination of the tireless efforts of Director Kawasaki, Section Chiefs Mori and Kuroba, and each of the school principals.
I'm already looking forward to the principals' meeting in a month.
