Hello, this is Shokoji Nursery School in front of Itabashi Station.
This time, we will bring you the Tanabata gathering🎋
We held a Tanabata black panel theater performance by the nursery teachers.
With the lights in the room dimmed, the atmosphere was different to usual and the children were excited and nervous even before the event began!
Once the show started, I leaned forward and stared intently, completely fascinated by the beautiful glow of Orihime and Hikoboshi under the black light.
At the end, we all sang "Tanabata-sama" and the fun panel theater time ended in a flash 😌✨
Some children even told us they wanted to see it again, saying "one more time"☺️
Local parents and children also participated, so after the panel theater we played together in the room. We went nearby to check on our local friends, and played with balls and other things, which was a nice, different interaction from usual!
On the once-a-year Tanabata Day, we pray for the wishes of the children and parents who have written their thoughts on tanzaku to come true and for a bright future.
