A month goes by quickly. Today is the meeting of the principals of Shokoji Nursery School. I was surprised when I headed to the venue as usual. The venue, which is usually set up using only one conference room, was set up today using two rooms. The projector, which is usually pointed at the short wall, was pointed at the long wall.
When I asked Section Chief Kuroba, who was involved in the setup, he said, "We all thought about how to make the projector easier to see, and it turned out like this." He explained it calmly and with a smile, without any pressure.
"Any setting is fine."
That may be true. Even such small things need to be tackled with the perspective of "how can we make them better?" And above all, have fun doing it.
I believe that people who are able to enjoy everything they do are able to spend a higher proportion of their time feeling happy in life.
Thanks to Kuroba-san and everyone else who helped with the preparations, we were able to have a fresh and enjoyable time at the principals' meeting.
thank you very much.

This month's icebreaker
You announce which of the two you prefer, for example, "Between blue and red, I like red," and those who agree raise their hands. The person with the most people who agree wins. The name of the game is apparently "The Common Ground Game."
Everyone gave very funny presentations. Director Suzuki got so excited that he made three presentations by himself, making everyone laugh.
And the winner this time is Director Yamashita!
"Between soy sauce ramen and miso ramen, I definitely choose miso ramen!"
All hands went up at once. Director Yamashita was a little surprised at the number of people who agreed, which was greater than he had expected, but he was also full of pride!
Congratulations!
And thank you to Section Chief Mori for planning this!

Hot Topics
There are two things I would like to highlight at this meeting.
The first is "organizational direction" by Director Kawasaki.
The other is "Sharing documentation" by Director Sugimoto
I will be sharing more about these in a separate article, so please look forward to it.
