This year, each staff member will act as a facilitator and conduct training on "childcare worker interaction" using a textbook!
The theme of this training was "The purpose and value of support"
We divided into small groups and did group work on "clarifying goals and thinking about relationships."
After thinking about how the parents written on the worksheet would like to feel about the nursery school and its staff, the students came up with specific ways that nursery schools and staff can become like that!
As we thought about it, it was a good opportunity for staff members to discuss how to provide support and how to approach the issue as professionals in the childcare industry.
Through in-school training, including the content of this training, the entire school will deepen its knowledge about "childcare worker relationships" and continue to evolve without stopping, aiming to be a warm and shining nursery school for parents, children, and caregivers by utilizing this knowledge.
