Hello, this is Shokoji Nursery School, Itabashi Station Front.
This time, we will bring you the state of the Hana Matsuri.

From mid-April, the children were looking forward to the festival and began decorating their rooms with pictures from last year's festival.
I was really looking forward to it, singing Nono's songs and buying flowers with the kids to give to Nono.
On the day of the Flower Festival, the children seemed a little nervous about the unusual atmosphere in the room, but as soon as the event began, they came forward to offer lanterns, incense, and flowers!

This year, the two-year-old children made origami flowers to offer like Nono, and each child held one, then sprinkled sweet tea on them.

Many of the children said, "I want to do it myself!" and "I want to try it!" The serious expressions on their faces when sprinkling the sweet tea were wonderful.

With the feelings of gratitude, "Thank you for always watching over us!" and "Happy birthday!", we all joined hands and celebrated Nono-sama's birthday 🌸
