The warm weather for a walk is increasing, and pleasant spring has arrived☀️
A week has passed since the new school year began, and the children are gradually getting used to nursery school and are enjoying going for walks on nice days!
When he finds flowers on the way to somewhere, he tells me what he noticed, saying "There are flowers," or "They're beautiful," and when we arrive at the park, he enjoys sitting near the flower bed and looking at the flowers up close.
He also loves exploring the park looking for insects, and is engrossed in observing the ground and plantings, exclaiming, "I wonder if there are any ants?" and "Hey, bugs!"
When he finds a pill bug under a leaf, he tells us with a happy look on his face, "There's a pill bug!!" and enjoys interacting with the caregivers. At first he was a little scared, but when he sees the caregivers and his friends, he tries to gently touch them.
I want to cherish the awareness, discoveries, and wonder that children experience while interacting with nature, and by enjoying interacting with them together, I want to broaden their interests and curiosity.
