Hello, this is Shokoji Nursery School, Itabashi Station Front.
This time we will introduce some interactions with grandparents at a nearby day care center!
September 18th was Respect for the Aged Day, so we went to a nearby day care center and gave them a mural that we made with the children there as a gift.
As a measure against the spread of infection, the interaction was very short, but the children were very happy and enjoyed interacting with their grandparents, going up to touch them and even going close to them and waving with smiles.
Our organization values providing a place where children can develop rich hearts and grow through intergenerational exchange and interaction with many people across generations.
We hope to continue practicing this kind, gentle and kind-hearted approach to childcare and nurture children's rich hearts!
