Recently, my kids have been loving playing house!
They have fun pretending to cook by putting a frying pan on the play stove, carrying a feast to the table and eating it.
You can see the children enjoying interacting with their friends and teachers, taking their orders, handing them plates of food, and pretending to receive money by saying "This is XX yen!"✨
Also, when you put on an apron or a bandana and play with it, it looks like a shopkeeper, and the children have a lot of fun playing with it 🤩
While looking at the menu handmade by the caregivers, the children naturally interact with each other and play independently, asking things like, "Which one would you like?", "I'll have meat," "Can I have an omelet rice please?", "Let's eat together," and "It's hot, so be careful." It's heartwarming to see them☺️
Having children play independently is the very essence of the kind and gentle manner of childcare that we aim for. We would like to continue to cherish the children's worldview and enjoy pretend play.
