This time, we will introduce the details of the "Hana Matsuri" held the other day, for which we invited the representative of our organization!
At Shokoji Nursery School, we hold a "Flower Festival" every April on Nono's birthday, inviting the representative of the corporation.

First, the representative explained to the children that Hanamatsuri is a celebration of Nono's birthday, and that people celebrate by pouring water on her just like Nono. The children then had the challenge of pouring water on her just like Nono!
This year, almost everyone was able to come forward and splash water on the plants together with the caregivers.
Look at that serious expression! I was a little nervous about interacting with Nono-sama, but it was a great stimulus for me!
And to celebrate Nono-sama's birthday, we sang the song "Nono-sama" ♪
In fact, the children really love the song "Nonosama" and sing it all the time in their daily lives. On this day, the children were singing the song with great joy!
At the end, we took a group photo with the representative!
This year's Hanamatsuri was also a wonderful memory!
Children don't often have the opportunity to come into contact with Buddhism in their daily lives, so I would be happy if this was an experience that warmed their hearts, even just a little.
