We will introduce the Obon Festival.
First, let's start with watermelon smashing!
When it was each child's turn, they took their sticks and hit the watermelon with all their might.

When the younger children were smashing the watermelon, the children were seen cheering them on, shouting "Go for it!"

After smashing the watermelon, we moved on to playing with shaved ice and fishing!
When playing with shaved ice, the children used different food coloring syrups to enjoy the different colors and said to each other, "It's so pretty!", while some children touched it and enjoyed the feel, saying, "It's so cold!"

During the fishing session, the children in the 2-year-old class became shopkeepers and handed out fishing rods to their friends in the 1-year-old class, saying "Here you go!" They were also seen thinking together with the teacher, "I wonder what kind of fish this is?"

This year, we have made another fun summer memory with our children!
