We held the Obon Festival.
Until last year, we had parents come and hold the Obon festival as one of our big events.
This time, no parents were present and the ceremony was held just with the children and nursery teachers.
First, we talked about visiting graves and our ancestors.
Although some of the topics were difficult, the children listened attentively while watching the construction paper theater.
Although the atmosphere was different than usual, we were able to enjoy the Obon Festival with peace of mind, thanks to our teachers who were just as kind as always.
