This is Shokoji Nursery School Minami-Urawa Branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had a Setsubun gathering the other day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some children have been asking "Is the demon coming?" and are a little scared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The children's expressions were all different, with one child smiling and saying happily, "You're going to throw the beans?"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even at home, everyone is talking about demons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the assembly, the children gathered wearing the demon masks and hats they had made. The children were curious about their friends and looked around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We looked at the picture book "Oni no Pantsu" and listened to a story about Setsubun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, demons appeared! The demons on the wall were the "Crying Bug Demon" and the "Angry Demon".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before defeating the demon, we all sang the song "Mamemaki" and got really energized!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kids loved this song and quickly learned it and started humming it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The children took colored balls that looked like beans and threw them at the demons with enthusiasm, shouting, "Oni~ soto!!" The children who were scared were also encouraged by the caregivers and gathered their courage and shouted, "Ay!"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"That's good," the children said with a look of relief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back in class, the children had fun touching and smelling the real beans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The school lunch menu item is a special dish called "Oni-san Rice."<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kids didn't care about the demons and just ate the food!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The children defeated the ``crying bug demon'' and the ``angry demon'' in their hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I'm sure the demon in your heart has transformed into a kind, smiling demon \u266a<\/p>\n\n\n\n
