The logo for "Iwabuchi Saryo", which is part of our efforts to connect with the local community, has finally been decided. The warm design clearly expresses our feelings. \u25ce Current situation report from each nursery school The principals of each nursery school shared the children's condition, daily childcare, challenges, etc. By sharing the voices of those in the field, we found many hints for improving each other's childcare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u25ce Training presentations by school principals have begun! As a new initiative starting this month, school principals will take turns giving training presentations every month. The first presentation was given by Yoshidamachi school principal Sugimoto, who gave an enthusiastic presentation about the lessons he learned and the realizations he gained through his work. There was also a moment when the principals created and presented their own timelines of their lives. This also provided an opportunity for communication between the teachers, making it a very meaningful experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
