Today, May 4th, 2025, a sutra copying event was held at our temple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To begin with, all participants chanted the Nembutsu in unison, then listened to a talk by the head priest, and the atmosphere in the room became quiet and calm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants worked on copying the sutra, putting their heart into each and every character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the copying, there was a quiet, yet concentrated atmosphere, with only the sound of the brush echoing gently. As each person finished, they carefully handed in their copy, and their sincere attitude was very impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we all chanted the Nembutsu again, concluding the moment with gratitude and prayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a peaceful time in which the mind was calmed and put into order. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
