Harukawa-sensei: "That's certainly true. For those who want to improve their skills, I think it's important for those in higher positions to show them the goal of what they can become when they become higher-ranking teachers in the future. For those who want to work happily and for a long time, I think it's important to suggest an environment where they can take plenty of time off, a way of working that doesn't require overtime and can be completed at the nursery school, and just to listen to what they have to say."<\/p>\n\n\n\n
