This is Shokoji Nursery School Niiza Ishigami Garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We went to Makiba Nursery School as part of a collaborative daycare program and played in the playground and in the school room. The children were spoiled by the kind older brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This month, there was no birthday child, so we held a fun party. In the "Can You Become a Quiz King?" quiz, children had to guess objects using shadows, or put their hands into a "?" box and guess what was inside by feel alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This month's food education activity was "Winter Solstice - Yuzu Bath Experience". We cut a big pumpkin and observed the seeds, color, and smell inside. In addition, in the annual Yuzu Bath (foot bath) experience, the whole room smelled good with yuzu and everyone felt warm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On December 24th, we had our long-awaited Christmas party. Since the beginning of December, our friends have been excited every day decorating the tree and opening advent calendars. At the party, we listened to Christmas stories, played musical instruments, and sang songs together. Then, we heard the sound of bells...Santa came to the nursery school to deliver presents to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
