The other day, the Hoshi group, a class for 2-year-olds, went on a field trip to Bessho Numa Park in Minami Ward, Saitama City.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The children, who had been looking forward to the trip since the day before, arrived at their destination holding hands with their friends and having fun conversations on the 30-minute journey each way!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I went to a different park than usual and tried out some interesting playground equipment...<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We played a lot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We moved on to Bentenjima and spent a different kind of time than usual touching the bronze statue of "Unako-chan", the mascot of Urawa Ward, a character created by Takashi Yanase, and a tourism ambassador for Saitama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we got home, we all gathered in a circle to eat our school lunches packed in lunch boxes. It seemed like the lunches we all ate under the blue sky were special, and we all ate them happily, chatting away.
