Every day while the children are taking their nap, we talk about the day's activities and how the children are doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


For example, we will discuss what went well and what needs to be improved in today's activities, and how we can make the children feel more comfortable next time. How can we use this knowledge in other activities? We not only look back on today's activities, but also discuss ways to improve them in the next childcare session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is also important for the homeroom teachers of each class to talk to each other, and they share their thoughts and interactions with each other and also hold frequent discussions about future plans.
Based on these discussions, we share with the whole class information, such as the current state of the children in each class and how to interact with them, so that all staff can interact in the same way and the children do not feel confused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
