This is where we experience a lot of joy, pain, sadness, and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, quiet time to face ourselves and reflect can also bring us stability in our emotional and dynamic thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A balance between the two is important. However, modern people, who are extremely busy, tend to lack time for introspection.
